Our day started with visiting grandma Connie and grandpa Len. Been too long since we have seen them last. It was great to sit and visit with them today!
We stopped to visit an old friend before we left.
Chewie is still missed very much.
The kids were lucky that the horse in the pasture next to their yard came over to visit. The kids were more brave than I thought they would be!
I got my yearly haircut today. I don't like anyone but Becky to cut my hair. Unfortunately, I'm going to need to let someone else do it in between my yearly visits. It was pretty bad looking.
The kids all amused themselves in different ways today.
Brookie was working on her My Little Pony drawings. She is making a book of replicas. She got on the iPad to look up each pony to make sure the colors were accurate. She does pretty well!
Cailee found all sorts of little characters to play with. She had a baby and Minnie Mouse. I love that she is able to play alone and use her imagination like she does.
Ashton was excited to get on grandma's computer and try out different games. We basically had to pry him off this thing tonight.
Nick was able to take pictures of some good friends tonight. It was great to see Brian and Sherrie tonight.
We started at the arch of the old Swanson Hall building.
This lamppost became my new best friend. I was holding Nick's photography light. In slow motion I started going down because I stepped wrong around the stand and lamp. I'm pretty sure I said Nick's name so he would get the light before I smashed it. But I'm not sure. I was more concerned with his equipment than my behind.
Luckily all that was wounded was my pride. The light survived. I wish I could have blamed this lovely fall on the MS, but I can't. Dang it. I just say that Nick was working me too hard and I needed a rest. Honest.
