~Day 276: Crazy Day and Birth Day

Today it was Crazy Hair Day at school.  The girls were excited to do fun stuff to their hair.

They both had their own ideas of what they wanted and I tried to get it right.  

Ashton does not have enough hair to do anything to it, and he wouldn't let me glue a bow in it.  So no picture of Ashton today.

Birthdays seem to come more quickly the older we get.  I can't believe Nick and I are as old as we are.  Time is going to fast.  It was nice today.  I ended up staying home from work, so we went to lunch and then went to dinner.  There are several local restaurants that offer discounts for your bday.  We took advantage of that. 

 We had lunch at Joe's Farm Grill.  We were in good company because Nick's sister Alissa and new baby JJ joined us.  I was glad they were able to come.  JJ stayed asleep the whole time.  He is such a cute little guy.

We went to dinner at Liberty Market.  I got a rare photo of Nick.  He just LOVES being included on my blog.  I hope he had a good day.  It was pretty low-key this year.  I told him I'm not creative every year.  This year was a non-creative year.  Hopefully the creative juices will be flowing next year.  I have a whole year to think about things....

I just liked this picture.  This is how I found them when I woke up this morning.  Yes, I got up long after they did.  They are getting good at getting ready for school on their own.  They were watching some Disney Channel show, and were very engrossed in it.  I love seeing them together, even if it is watching the same TV show.
