Cailee doesn't like it when Nick's beard grows out. She tells him, "Dad, I don't like your spikes." So she won't cuddle with him very long until he shaves.
Rest time today. Two out of the three kiddos slept. They needed it. Bad. They were more pleasant when they woke up. Thank goodness.
I was lying on the couch watching conference today, and I had some company. Ashton didn't want his picture taken. But he had no choice. Cailee loves to have her picture taken, so it was not an issue. I love it when they want to sit with me.
We had breakfast burritos for dinner tonight. I have my kids trained on cracking the eggs, but Cailee has not had the chance to cook them yet. Tonight she was excited to help scramble the eggs for dinner. She did pretty good! I need to give them more opportunities to help with dinner. I'm such a control freak though... I have to let that go. I think they can do it. We'll see what the future brings.
