Cailee: I took my fabulous giraffe project to school today. Mom was nice and took me in the car so the box it was in didn't get ruined. I was so excited to show my teacher and class what I did! Mom was very proud of me!
Dad and mom and the kids: We played card games for awhile tonight. We played a version of crazy eights and old maid. It was fun! I'm glad we did it. We must do it again soon!
Mom: I went out with my lovely friend Stacy! We had this planned for a couple of weeks. It was so fun. We started at the movie theater to buy tickets for the movie we would see later. We didn't want to be stuck in line behind all the Avengers fans and miss our show, since it was opening night. It was a smart move
Then we went to have dinner at a yummy Mexican restaurant. It was good! Then back to the theater to see "Age of Adeline." Excellent movie! We didn't think there would be many people in the theater, but we were wrong. We sat two rows from the front. I Never sit that close. But it was still so good and a great evening we both needed. I needed my Stacy time. I'm looking forward to the next time we can hang out! (Oh, and I really need to grow longer arms so people don't keep getting a close up of our noses)
