~Day 2• 127: New stuff!

We tried some place new tonight.  "Top Golf" opened up a new location near us and we decided to check it out tonight.  Alissa and John, and Bart and Stephanie were all there.  It was a lot of fun!  I'm not a golfer, but it was fun to take a swing at something and not get into trouble.  I'm just glad I didn't fall off the ledge or throw my club backwards and hit someone.

It was fun to watch everyone.  I enjoyed watching nick hit.  He has a good swing. I only hear him and Ashton talking about golf.  I have never watched them play.  It was fun!  It was a great date night.  Much needed no-kids-night.

This little poser is a lot of fun.  She had a doctor appointment today and she fell asleep on the way there!  I felt bad waking her up.  She was one sleepy little girl.  Every time we leave the office, she has to walk out on the balcony to look out on what is below.  Today she was looking for our car.  She found it.  She was happy, so we could leave.  On the way out, she has to climb up the little ledge.  She asked why I always take pictures.  I said because I like to .  Then she asked me to take a picture of her with the peace sign. Silly girl.

It's new!  I made a comment to Nick this week while I was working on Cailee's erasers for her teacher.  I cut out each square and then sewed around each of them twice.  I cut up an old bath towel, and the little pieces of towel kept falling out all over the place, looking like bugs.  So i tried to make sure the teacher wasn't going to have those little 'bug thingies' all over her classroom.  I told Nick that a serger would have been very helpful for something like this.  Then look what showed up today!  I am excited to learn how to use this one and then maybe teach my girls to use it.  This is my early mother's day and Anniversary gift.  He got this one because it had 'easy' in the description, so I can use it. haha And Nick was cute and making suggestions on where I could set it up so that I could leave it up and not have to take it down every time I was done with it.  That is the most frustrating thing, I think.  The up and down process of the crafts you get out.  I'm excited! Love you, Nick!  Thank you!
