I saw a video posted on Facebook that showed an easy way to re-cover a pillow, no sewing necessary. (just what I need) I took the girls to Goodwill yesterday in search of pillows. We found a bunch and they were excited. I had a bunch of material they could choose from and they had a good time covering their very own pillows. They did a good job! (and of course Cailee had to have her 'bunny ears' in the picture, too. Silly)
Cailee has a special reason to have her pillow. She was excited to finish putting it together so she can use it. She wanted to use it so badly, that she blurted out to our Home Teacher who came to visit, "This is taking forever. When will this be over?" Cailee!! Nick and I couldn't believe what came out of her mouth! Really?!? Yes, she is six. But still!! You don't ever say that to anyone. We had a little talk. Jeez...
I wanted to do some pillows, too. So I did. They are actually so easy and so fun. Too bad I don't really have an excuse to make more... I guess I can become the crazy pillow lady, instead of the crazy cat lady. Nick hates cats. So pillows it is..
