I have a unique work situation. My boss lives a few states to the east. A coworker lives farther north in another state. Another coworker works in another state during the summer. So it's very rare that I see these women in person. Especially at one time. Tonight they were in town. My boss took us to dinner. We were missing one member, who had other plans.
We ended up staying for FOUR hours. Just talking. It was very nice to get everyone outside of work. We talked about work. Didn't talk about work. Learned secrets about each other. Learned my boss is a slight pyro who likes to start things on fire... It was great! Not sure when this opportunity will come around again. Hopefully soon.
My kids were in bed when I got home. I only saw them before school. I kind of miss them. Ok I miss them a lot. I saw hubby for five minutes when i got home. He was tired and went to bed early. I missed seeing my little family today.
