He worked so hard! I'm very proud of him. Nick was working out of town this weekend, and his flight doesn't come in today until midnight. So he was not able to make it. Ashton was sad, but he knew his dad would have been here if he could.
There was a special presentation for the Arrow of Light. A group of men (I forget where they are from) came to present the four boys with their arrows. They each received their own real arrow (with a plastic arrowhead thank goodness) that they can keep to show their hard work.
Ashton also received his outdoorsman pin. That was his last requirement to earn for his arrow of light. It was cute to watch him check out the pin as he walked back to his seat.
He is growing up so fast. He is becoming a little man before our eyes. We sure love him!
