No finger in my nose tonight...
Tonight we took our annual family pictures. We meant to do it last fall, but things just kept coming up. People would be sick, or we had too much going on at night so we couldn't catch the good outdoor sunset light. Tonight it happened. The kids really did pretty well, but we had to keep telling them to "stay here." "Sit still." "Please don't go swim with the ducks." We ended up getting some good shots.
I'm glad we did this. But this sure makes me more aware of the work I have ahead of me. I am reluctant to share my pictures publicly. But maybe this will kick my tail into gear to lose the weight. Who knows... maybe by the time we take our next family picture, things will be much different. We shall see.
The master is at work. First of all, the kids were just dying to take a picture like this. There are three small walls and they wanted to each sit on one while Nick took the picture. Nick ended up switching the kids around to get the best shot with the remaining light, and I can't wait to share it. It turned out cute. Nick really does have a great eye for these things. So glad he can take our pictures.
AND... this is how we finished our night. Poor Beans is just coughing a lot. I am trying the breathing treatment with the nebulizer to see if it helps. I hope so. I think it's time to get her into a doc to get to the bottom of her constant cough. I'm hoping it's just asthma that we can treat at home, and not something worse. Poor Cailee. She constantly has something going on with her poor body.
