Tonight BrookLynn had 80's night at Activity Days. They were going to exercise. I wasn't home when she left, but Nick sent me this picture and she looks great! I told her to put her hair in a side pony tail, and choose a fluorescent color shirt. She basically did the rest Nick said. It's perfect! And I might have worn something similar to this. And I might have worn side ponytails....
Tonight we were excited to have Joslyn and Joshua over to play again. Joshua was asleep when he got here, so when he woke up and saw me, and not his mom...poor little man. It took him a little while to warm up to us. He really loved it when the other kids would talk to him. He smiled more for them than for me.
The girls were rolling his toy ball away from him so that he would crawl to get it. He was having a great time. And then Brookie held him and he was so enthralled with her. I think he like her sequined 80's shirt the most. He kept pulling at it.
I admit it. I taunted the baby. He saw the apple I was eating and b-lined it for the fruit. I really should have put down the camera and watched this in person. But it was hilarious. I found out from his parents that he is a born foodie. Food is a magnet for him. I love his face. It was great!
The girls sure get excited when the baby is over. The just love playing with him. The girls ended up all laying in front of the TV watching Frozen. It was cute when they were each singing the songs. It was a little longer night than they are used to, but overall it was a good night. .
